Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 21 September 2026 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Meridian’s website, investor area, business application tools, orientation services, document tools and related communications (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, creating an account, submitting information or requesting an orientation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. 2. MERIDIAN’S ROLE Meridian is a private business-financing and investment intermediation platform registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Meridian introduces eligible capital providers to established businesses seeking financing for legitimate commercial purposes and may support onboarding, documentation, administration and communications. Meridian is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not provide personal investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Unless a signed opportunity-specific agreement expressly says otherwise, Meridian is not the borrower, investment issuer, deposit-taker or guarantor of any business obligation. 3. REAL BUSINESS ACTIVITY; NO PROFIT GUARANTEE Opportunities presented through the Platform are intended to finance genuine commercial business activity. Participation is an investment or financing arrangement and is not gambling or a game of chance. However, the existence of a real underlying business does not make profit certain. Business revenue, repayment and profitability can be affected by commercial, operational, credit, market, legal and other risks. No statement on the Platform guarantees 100% repayment of capital or profits. Target distributions, projected profit and repayment illustrations are estimates, not promises. A protection or guarantee applies only when it is expressly stated in the signed agreement for a specific opportunity, identifies the responsible provider and scope, and is legally enforceable. Investors must review that agreement and the Risk Disclosure before committing funds. 4. ELIGIBILITY AND ONBOARDING You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts and permitted to participate under the laws applicable to you. Meridian may require identity, source-of-funds, sanctions, eligibility and suitability checks. Access to an opportunity may be refused, suspended or withdrawn when checks are incomplete or participation may be unlawful or unsuitable. 5. ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION You must provide accurate, current and complete information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must not impersonate another person, submit false documents, misuse the Platform, interfere with its security, scrape restricted information or use it for unlawful purposes. 6. OPPORTUNITIES AND SIGNED DOCUMENTS Website summaries are informational and may change before execution. Each participation is governed by its signed opportunity-specific documents, including the amount, term, use of funds, payment schedule, fees, distribution method, default provisions and dispute terms. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that opportunity. 7. PAYMENTS, FEES AND TAXES No payment is taken merely for requesting an orientation. Any later transfer must follow verified instructions and signed documentation. Applicable platform, administration or transaction fees must be disclosed before commitment or in the relevant agreement. You are responsible for obtaining independent tax advice and paying taxes applicable to you. 8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CONTENT Meridian aims to keep information accurate and the Platform available but does not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free. Third-party links and services are controlled by their providers. Platform content, branding and materials remain owned by Meridian or their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. 9. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian is not responsible for a business’s performance, a participant’s independent decision, market loss, indirect loss, or interruption outside Meridian’s reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility for Meridian’s fraud, wilful misconduct or obligations expressly accepted in a signed agreement. 10. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND CHANGES Meridian may restrict or close access for breach, fraud risk, legal requirements or security concerns. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. Meridian may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date will be revised and material changes may be communicated through the Platform. 11. GOVERNING TERMS AND DISPUTES The governing law, forum and dispute process for an investment or financing are stated in its signed agreement. Before formal proceedings, users should contact meridianinvestmenthub@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. 12. CONTACT Questions about these Terms may be sent to meridianinvestmenthub@gmail.com. Meridian operates 24 hours daily for enquiries, although response times may vary.
